Dear Member,

                                Please find attached a copy of the Nomination Form for Management Committee, General Committee, and Special Committee Positions.

Nominations must be returned in a sealed envelope no later than 5pm on Friday 16th February 2024,

at the office at 59 Elbow Street, West Kempsey.

Nominations may also be be posted to Macleay Valley Community FM Radio Station Inc 

PO Box 3200 WEST KEMPSEY NSW 2440.

You must be a current finanancial member to nominate, and only one nomination per form will be accepted.
