A radio presenter plays and mixes music and discusses news, music, or other topics of interest to the local community.
A presenter’s tasks may include some form of show preparation, scouring the internet for information, checking out things like celebrity birthdays, current local and national news and what people are talking about, looking at various social media feeds to see what’s trending that may be of interest, what community events the station is promoting, so you've got something to talk about next time you go on air.
You may like to be involved in recording station promos, sponsorship announcements and sometimes interviews or live broadcasts.
It’s always fun and different, with Tank FM providing all the training, support, and facilities, including using the station's extensive local music library.
You are never too young# or too old to be involved!

Training Fee $20 (All Ages)
# Presenters under 18 may require permission and parental supervision, which will be discussed during the initial consultation with the station.
All presenters must be financial members of Tank FM.
